Meditation and mindfulness have now become a preliminary way to manage stress, understand the self, enhance well being, health as well as reduce suffering.  Using modern research and techniques coupled with tried and traditional trainings offered in Buddhism we are able to bridge the gap most people have with meditation and mindfulness study and Asian culture.  The practice is sincerely American, by that, we mean a true melting pot of cultural, traditional, and scientific aspects of meditation and the Dharma as taught over 2500 years ago.
